2016-17 District Governor Valerie Clarke of District N-3 was honoured with the award for the highest Net Growth in Constitutional Area 2 - Canada. She and her team surpassed her goal of increasing her Districts' membership to 1000 members by 13 - 1013 members at June 30, 2017. She also chartered the Conne River Aosamiaji'j Miawpukek First Nation Lions Club on the Labrador - Quebec border.

Lion Brenda Billard


Lion Brenda began her term as CST in July 2011 as part of a pilot project to study the advantages and disadvantages of a semi-permanent Council Secretary Treasurer. In May of 2013 the pilot project ended and Lion Brenda began her first term, 2013 to 2016, of two possible terms. In May 2016, she was appointed to a second term.
