We provide the best services

Multiple District N Lions Clubs povide services throughout Atlantic Canada, Northern Maine and Labraror, but that is ony the beginning........

As part of an International organization, we also help provide services where ever they are needed - the Measle inoculation program, the earthquake in Haiti, the tsunami in the Indian Ocean, the Fort McMurry forest fires and most recently the wildfires in British Columbia.

We stand together to make the world a better place, to serve the needy and sick; to promote exemplary life skills for our youth; to relieve the devastation of disasters - both natural and man-made; and to meet our vision and Diabetes objectives.

To reflect their service to Canadians with visual impairments, in 1985 the Lions of Canada established and have supported, wth pride, Lions Foundation of Canada and its founding program, Canine Vision Canada. The Foundation has grown to include additional Dog Guide programs: Hearing Ear, Service, Seizure Response, Autism Assistance and Diabetic Alert Dog Guides. The Lions of MD N support our DOG GUIDE program substantially every year. The Dog Walk is one of our annual support events with walks in many communities across Atlantic Canada. Our American Clubs support the US program Leader Dogs. Lions Foundation of Canada's mission is to assist Canadians with a medical or physical disability by providing them Dog Guides at no cost..
